Saved property comparisons, offline observation inputs, bookmarks, reading status, checklist entries and number-format preferences use this browser’s local storage when you choose those actions. There is no account synchronization or submission inbox. Storage may be unavailable in restricted or private browsing contexts.
What a share link contains
Comparison links encode the investment names, budget and numbers in the URL fragment. Anyone receiving the link can read and edit a copy. Do not include private account information. Share only information you intend recipients to read; access to this site does not reveal your other device-local records.
Offline observation reports
The offline-income tool stores one pair of observations only when you save. Copy report puts your input numbers, calculated comparison and guide link on the clipboard, or shows a manual copy field. Nothing is sent to another person automatically.
External services
Hosting and delivery are provided by Cloudflare. Links to Roblox and other publications follow those services’ policies. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. When configured, Plausible collects aggregate website usage. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Allow in analytics preferences. Advertising personalization is disabled. Saved plans, property names and entered numbers are not included in our custom analytics events. You can change the Google Analytics choice in the footer. There are no advertising tags or email subscriptions.
